With this policy, All Material Supply intends to inform users who are visitors to the website "www.allmaterialsupply.it" (hereinafter the "Site") of the policy adopted regarding the Protection of Personal Data, emphasizing its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which applies both in case you access the Website and simply decide to browse through it using our services, without purchasing any products, and in case you decide to make purchases.

Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of certain areas in which the user may freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him or her in order to access specifically identified services (e.g. in order to proceed with purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Where, therefore, the visitor intends to provide his or her personal data in order to access these additional services, he or she will be expressly informed in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, "Code on the Protection of Personal Data," (the "Code") and EU Regulation 679/2016 "General Data Protection Regulation" (the "Regulation") with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of data use by All Material Supply , as well as the right to request at any time the deletion of data or their updating. Any reference to the Code contained in the Privacy Policy, and on the Site in general, shall be deemed valid and effective to the extent and to the extent that the referenced rules remain in effect after the Regulations come into force (May 25, 2018).
The website is not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen, who are also prohibited from creating an account or otherwise providing their personal information.
Pursuant to the Code and the Regulations, All Material Supply provides the following information.
1. The Data Controller and Data Processors
The Data Controller of the processing of personal data is All Material Supply, based in Via Roma, 37 - 80038 Pomigliano D'arco (NA) , C.F. and P.IVA 02752270641, e-mail info@llmaterialsupply.it (hereinafter "All Material Supply," the "DataController" or the "Company").
2. Types of personal data processed
No registration is required to access the Site. There are, however, sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g., to register for the personal area, or to complete the on-line purchase process/Restricted Area), or services for the use of which you must provide your information (e.g., your information may be required to access newsletter services, to contact us, etc.). 3. Optional provision of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional in nature. Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may result in the inability to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration - and the provision of personal data, e-mail address, postal address, credit/debit card data or bank details and telephone number - is necessary to proceed with the purchase of products online); failure to provide such data may therefore prevent All Material Supply, from allowing access to the services of the Site or to respond to user requests.
The data required from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site - e.g., by indicating them with an (*) - and the consequences of not providing them are set out in the specific disclosures on the data collection pages.
4. Purpose
Data are collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site, its services and the purchase of products online. The purposes of data use are detailed in the specific disclosures provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information notices that from time to time explain the characteristics of the processing that will be carried out by All Material Supply, (e.g. for registration to the newsletter service, to access the personal area, etc.). Your data will be processed in full compliance with privacy regulations.
5. Mode, duration of data processing and scope of communication
The data may be processed both electronically and on paper (e.g. for the management of purchases on the Site). All Material Supply, guarantees the lawful and according to correctness processing of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All information collected is transmitted in a secure connection so as to prevent its interception by outsiders.
Any data provided by users will be processed for the time period stipulated in the specific disclosures provided at the time of data collection.

This notice is provided only for the site www.kilosonline.it and not for any other web sites that may be consulted by the user through links. All Material Supply, cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or any websites linked to this Site.
7. Tools for "profiling" and/or personalization
All Material Supply, does not conduct any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the prior express consent of the user.
The Site uses "cookies," both technical (i.e., to facilitate navigation and use of the Site) and profilingcookies(i.e., to analyze users and their behaviors and preferences, and get them personalized advertisements).

8. Place of data processing
Processing related to the services provided by the Site is carried out (i) at the offices of All Material Supply, indicated in point 1 above, and is performed by the data processors of the Sales & Marketing Department, (ii) as well as the companies that provide functional services for the management of the Site, appointed as external data processors. To enable us to properly manage our Site as well as fulfill our contractual obligations to you, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, such as Tunisia, U.S.A, United Kingdom and San Marino.
The transfer of your data will take place in full compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided by the privacy legislation. By simple request (see No. 9 of the information notice) you can receive more information about the transfer of your dai and the guarantees provided for their protection.
Where expressly provided for in the relevant agreements, the above-mentioned data processors may also transfer users' personal data to countries outside the European Union as part of the performance of activities carried out on behalf of the Company, albeit in strict compliance with the purposes set out in this notice and the guarantees, measures and rights provided for in the Regulations.
9. Rights of data subjects
By means of a communication to be sent to the e-mail address info@allmaterialsupply.it, you may at any time exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 23 of the Regulations, including knowing what data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use it, modify the data you have provided us with or delete it, ask us to restrict the use of your data, request to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of always changing your consents (if any were provided). You can also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.
10. To whom can you turn to bring a complaint
We would like to remind you that if you are not satisfied with the responses received from All Material Supply, (see paragraph 8) above), you may in any case, if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the provisions of the Regulations, lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the Data Protection Authority of the country in which you habitually reside, work, or the place where the alleged violation occurred.
11. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 Personal Data Protection Code.
The Regulations ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms and dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
12. Revision clause
Kiklos reserves the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any manner and/or at any time, without prior notice, this Privacy Policy, including in consideration of changes in data protection laws or regulations. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending e-mails to registered users of the Site and (ii) posting on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as published and communicated.
